The association Porzellanstraße e. V. (Porcelain Route) wants to direct the attention of tourists from Germany and abroad to the product china in all its varieties as well as the attractive landscape where the china factories are situated. This purpose is also recorded in the articles of association.

This phrase means that the touristic, cultural and economic attractiveness should be increased and the grasp for china as an important element of the table and domestic culture should be boosted.

The people of the region should be inspired to consider the manufacturing of china as a part of their regional identity, and to represent the china industry with knowledge and pride. The regional gastronomy should be inspired to turn the china culture into a component of their marketing by setting the table attractively and exposing regional porcelain products.
The members contribute to the success of the Porcelain Route and include the Porcelain Route into their public relations.
