Culinary Dishes
Onion beef roast
750 gr. beef filet, garlic, salt, pepper, 30 gr. flour, 80 gr. butter, 2-3 onions, some stock
Cut the filet in 2 cm thick slices. Tenderise the edge of the meat, rub it with garlic and season it with salt and pepper. Turn one side in flour and place it with this side into hot fat and roast it quickly, turn it around and sprinkle it with the cut onions. Let it roast until the meat and the onions are brown (about 8 – 10 minutes). Deglaze it with the stock and steam it until the meat is done. Season the gravy.
